Our wholesale prices are in your applicable currency (GBP/USD/EURO/AUD). We reserve the right to review these prices periodically.
Payments
Payment can be made securely online using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We can also accept your payment by bank transfer. The stock will be reserved for you as soon as the payment is received.
Shipping
Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday and orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 days.
Please note customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. Customers may be liable for any additional courier charges due to reships.

Delivery Costs
Delivery charges vary by country, with duties and taxes applicable on arrival. If you enter an address at checkout, you can then find our handy delivery calculator. Please note orders are bulk shipped in wholesale boxes.
Conditions for Sale
All products sold wholesale are for physical and own online stores only, you cannot sell our products through third-party websites such as eBay, Amazon and Not On The High Street.
Labels
You cannot remove the ‘TBCo.’ sewn in label. Not only does this damage the brand and so the value of the product, but it could also damage the product physically. We will not accept any returns for blankets damaged due to their labels being removed. We would also ask you not to remove any additional removable labels or tags we have added, these are part of our branding and feel they are an important part of the TBCo experience. You must not add your own permanent or sewn in labels but you can, of course, add your own removable labels for pricing or store branding etc. Please do get in touch to discuss adding a label or embroidery as we may be able to provide this for an additional fee (subject to minimum order).
Quality
We do assure that, to the best of our knowledge, all product specifications are correct. However recycled wool items may fluctuate slightly in size, weight and colour due to being made from natural materials with traditional weaving methods.
Damages, Discrepancies & Returns
Please let us know about any errors or faulty items within 14 days of receipt of your order and we’ll do our best to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Items will be replaced if we have available stock otherwise we will refund you the value paid for the defective item or items. Please note that items that have been customised with embroidery cannot be returned unless faulty.

Online Marketing - Google Keywords/Brand Terms
We are aware our Wholesalers undertake their own online marketing activities to help promote our products and brand however, we require tt our brand terms e.g. 'TBCo' ‘‘tartan blanket co’ in your negative keywords list. Instead we encourage you to bid on terms out with our own brand ones to help maximise reach and awareness.
Photography
Whilst we try our very hardest to assure all product photographs and promotional materials are as true to the product as possible, we must insist that these images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to monitors being calibrated differently, images can look slightly different from screen to screen. Our brand is enhanced by good quality images and we are happy to provide product images to assist with your sales. A link to our product images can be requested by contacting us. You can use these both on your website and for promotional materials. TBCo logos can also be provided.
Copy
Both our product descriptions, other than product specifications, on our retail website and our wholesale website should not be used on your own website. We would encourage you to take inspiration and write your own product descriptions so it feels like our blankets are at home within your range. We're happy to provide more information on request to assist.
Privacy Statement
We will need to collect a few details in order to process your orders. These include: contact name, billing and shipping address, a contact number and email address.
Intellectual Property
All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials, products and/or content made available as part of your sales partnership remain at all times vested in TBCo. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by TBCo.

Embroidery
Custom embroidery is available on request, please contact our team for more details and to arrange a quote. Please note that the lead time for corporate embroidery orders is approximately 2 weeks from confirmation. This lead time may be extended during busy times or for large orders.

Gift Boxes
If you would like to include your own external gift box additions, we can pack them in the boxes for a cost of £1 per item. We currently do not have a licence to sell and/or include alcoholic beverages in the gift boxes.

Please note that our brand name is ‘TBCo’ and should be represented as such within any marketing materials or product listings. ‘The Tartan Blanket Co’ should not be used.

TBCo conforms to the UK Data Protection Act. Any information you provide is treated in strict confidence and is stored in a secure location.
